About the Program
The Passover holiday is a time when Jewish people and their friends from all over the world join in community to recollect the story of Exodus and its central theme of liberation. The holiday invites us to take a deep look at where in our own lives we find ourselves in a state of mitzrayim, which in Hebrew means "the narrow places"—inspiring us to recognize and seek freedom from whatever it is that is keeping us stuck. Please join mindfulness instructor, Mark Landsman, in this exploration of the practical tools of mindfulness meditation as a means of moving through place of contraction to a greater sense of inner freedom, flow and expansion.
